We take care of all practical matters: from flights, DigiD and bank accounts to health insurance and allowances. For families who want full support, we offer additional services such as airport transfers, guidance to the IND and assistance with the TB test.

That’s why we work with our own South African agent and prepare au pairs personally for their departure — in English or Afrikaans. Because we handle many of the practical arrangements, we’re in contact with the au pair early on, allowing us to guide her closely right from the start.
